These Terms of Use apply specifically to the LocumMY Early Access Registration at join.locumclinicmy.com. By submitting this form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register.

1. What This Registration Is

This form allows you to register your interest in early access to LocumMY — a digital locum marketplace connecting healthcare professionals and clinics in Malaysia.

By registering, you are placing yourself on a waitlist. You will be among the first to be notified when LocumMY officially launches.

This is a waitlist registration only. It does not constitute a binding agreement, does not guarantee access to the platform, and does not commit LocumMY to any specific launch date, features, or pricing.

2. Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering. Submitting false information, duplicate registrations, or registrations made on behalf of another person without their consent is prohibited.

Each person may only register once. Duplicate registrations with the same email address or WhatsApp number will be rejected automatically.

3. How and When We Will Contact You

Once LocumMY launches, we will contact you using the email address and WhatsApp number you provided to inform you that the platform is live and your early access is available.

  • You will receive a maximum of one launch notification per channel (email and WhatsApp).
  • We will not send promotional material, marketing campaigns, or repeated messages unrelated to your launch notification.
  • You may withdraw your registration at any time by contacting us at .

4. Data Deletion After Launch

Once LocumMY has officially launched and all early access registrants have been notified, all data collected through this registration form — including your name, email, WhatsApp number, and role — will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems. You will be informed before this deletion takes place.

5. Your Consent

By ticking the consent checkboxes and submitting this form, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
  • You consent to LocumMY collecting your name, email, and WhatsApp number for the purpose of early access registration and launch notification.
  • You agree to be contacted via email and WhatsApp when LocumMY launches and your early access is available.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • The information you have provided is accurate and your own.

6. No Guarantee of Features or Pricing

Early access registration does not guarantee any specific platform features, subscription pricing, or availability of any particular role or category on the platform. LocumMY reserves the right to change, modify, delay, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at its sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

LocumMY's liability in connection with this early access registration is limited to the extent permitted under Malaysian law. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from a delayed launch, change of features, or inability to contact you due to inaccurate information provided during registration.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
